Our approach

A methodology built for measurable progress

Growth is not a single campaign or a lucky quarter — it is a system. Our three-phase framework helps teams move from uncertainty to repeatable performance.

Diagnose

We audit your analytics infrastructure, review historical performance data, map customer journeys, and interview stakeholders. The output is a prioritised list of opportunities ranked by impact and feasibility — not a 100-page deck nobody reads.

Experiment

High-priority items enter a structured testing programme. Each experiment has a hypothesis, success metrics, and a defined runtime. We run two-week cycles so you see momentum quickly and can pivot when results diverge from expectations.

Scale

Winning tests graduate to full programmes: increased media spend, rolled-out page variants, expanded automation flows. We document playbooks so your team can maintain and iterate without starting from zero.

Iterate

Markets shift, platforms change, competitors adapt. Continuous iteration — quarterly strategy reviews, monthly performance retros, weekly optimisation — keeps growth compounding rather than plateauing.

What diagnosis looks like

During the diagnose phase, we examine four layers of your growth stack. First, measurement: Are tracking pixels firing correctly? Is conversion data reconciled between ad platforms and your CRM? Can you attribute revenue to channels with reasonable confidence?

Second, acquisition: Which channels drive qualified traffic at acceptable cost? Where is spend concentrated, and is that concentration justified by returns? Third, conversion: Where do users drop off between landing and purchase or signup? Fourth, retention: What happens after the first conversion — repeat purchase, expansion revenue, referral?

Findings are presented in a working session, not emailed as a PDF. We discuss trade-offs openly and agree on the top three priorities before any execution begins.

How we run experiments

Experimentation at GrowthDock Pro follows a documented process. Every test begins with a written hypothesis: "We believe that [change] will [outcome] because [rationale]." Success criteria are defined upfront — minimum detectable effect, required sample size, and primary metric.

We avoid common pitfalls: stopping tests early because a variant "looks good," running too many simultaneous tests that contaminate results, or changing multiple variables at once so you cannot isolate what worked. When a test fails, we capture learnings and move to the next hypothesis without defensiveness.

Scaling without chaos

Scaling is where many organisations stumble. A winning ad creative gets copied across every campaign without adaptation. A landing page variant ships globally without localisation. Automation workflows trigger so aggressively that customers unsubscribe.

We scale deliberately: incrementally increasing budgets while monitoring marginal returns, segmenting rollouts by market or audience, and building guardrails into automated systems. Your growth engine should get stronger under load — not noisier.
